Vadim Moroz karate jutsu shotokan

Dear friends!

I am Vadim Moroz, a karate instructor with 40 years of martial arts experience with 30 of them being teaching, the owner of the 7th degree black belt, Founder and President of the Karate-Jutsu Federation of Russia from 2004 up to 2022, and from 2024 the Full Member and Official Representative of the Kissaki-Kai Karate-Do International in Turkey (Alanya). I came to my first training at the age of 11 y.o. back in 1983, so karate is almost my whole life for me.

What is Karate? Karate is much more than just sports and self-defense. Karate is an art form that encompasses every aspect of our lives. Karate combines body and mind, strength and etiquette, dynamics and beauty, power and grace. Karate helps us learn to win, get better, open new horizons and achieve our goals!

I will be happy to share my knowledge with anyone who wants to take a fascinating journey into the interesting and noble world of martial arts and I offer cooperation to martial arts clubs, educational organizations and all interested parties!

Kissaki-Kai - karate for the real world!

Kissaki-Kai Karate was founded in March 1993 by the outstanding master Vince Morris (currently 9th Dan), a former British, European and World champion in kumite and kata (SKIF), a senior instructor at the Antwerp Police Academy, who together with a group of black belts decided to abandon the sports aspect and focus exclusively on effective self-defense techniques.

Alternative Reality!

My long-standing hobby is a Sax playing. I've loved music since childhood. Music inspires us, allows us to enjoy creativity, develops a sense of harmony, opens the path to self-knowledge, teaches us to think, appreciate beauty and love the world around us!

Did you know that Karate and Jazz have a lot in common? Sit back, relax and listen! :-)

Shotokan Karate

Shotokan is a traditional Japanese style, created in 1936 by the outstanding Okinawan master Gichin Funakoshi - ahigly educated person, philologist and poet. It was the pseudonym "Shoto" that Funakoshi used in his literary work that served as the basis for the name of his style "Shotokan", which means "Society of the Shoto".
